In the Revenue Cycle Management space, we supported the parallel merger and acquisition of two key players to be reintroduced to market as AMN Revenue Cycle Solutions. Leveraging its new positioning and messaging, the combined entity went on to win three Best in KLAS Awards for Outsourced Coding.

Thinktiv architected a 72% increase in weekly revenue generated on AMN Hub by aligning clinician supply with client demand. Our product strategy empowered recruiters with data and knowledge to prioritize valuable clinicians and clients, while also designing a gamified workflow that encouraged clinicians to pick up their first 5 shifts, leading to improved clinician retention and lifetime value.

Thinktiv leveraged best-practice methods to build a maximally impactful scheduling product. User experience and interface design were prioritized to decrease friction and improve adoption, resulting in an increased fill rate and decreased time to fill open shifts. Additionally, Thinktiv’s support and enablement playbook helped to de-risk the roll-out and put the product on a pathway of continuous improvement and optimization.
Package Generation + Credentialing
Thinktiv designed a new experience for Credentialing Analysts to successfully do their work at 6x the speed, with new workflows that transformed 30+ minutes of work into 5 minutes or less. This greatly helped reduce employee churn and increased AMN’s speed and volume for processing credentials and staff medical facilities.
