Thinktiv began our partnership with Spudnik in early 2008, prior to their Series B funding. Their immediate needs were for corporate development help. In order to secure the next stage of funding, it was imperative for Spudnik to become “real” as quickly as possible. Spudnik’s brand needed to gain the trust of investors, manufacturing partners and ultimately customers. However, to re-brand a company at this stage would be both a time consuming and emotional process for the founders and the board. To respond immediately, we focused on creating compelling investor presentations, technology visualizations and stories instead of racing down a traditional brand development process - this initiative was critical in evolving our process to include business visualization.
Now, as we reach nearly two years as Spudnik’s venture acceleration partner, we are launching the company internationally with a new name, brand, sales collateral and compelling web presence. They are firmly positioned to create an explosive market impression and assume a leadership role in the space. We remain their in-sourced team of experts helping manage their day-to-day needs as well as overall strategic brand, design and technology visions.
